The Technologies of the Future company executed the public contract on delivery of a management system for NeuroniQ queue the Management system for queue for the enterprise of defense industry. The customer – PJSC Ufa Engine Industrial Association is a producer of turbojets for fighting fighters of SU-30, SU-27, SU-25 family. In consolidation 22 thousand people in this connection there was a need of optimization of interaction of HR department with personnel of the enterprise work in total.

The solution proposed to the customer corresponds to functional tasks and also requirements in information security field. The software is set on a cloud server from which control of the terminals and servers of the periphery which are composition is exercised. Resources of a hardware and software system are adapted to production specifics of the enterprise, and configured on operational processing of the greatest possible entering flow. The user interface and means of the notification about calls are customized taking into account needs of the customer and completely answer parameters of technical specifications.

Thanks to system implementation of queue management of PJSC UEPA it was succeeded to improve operation algorithms with personnel, to organize total calls accounting and functional inspection on the equipped section, to distribute loading between the servicing employees, to optimize a flow, having reduced peak costs of time due to planned record by future periods, to minimize influence of a human factor.
