Contractor of the project: The robot is developed on the Lexema-RPA platform by the specialist of Department of performance management in Center of Corporate Solutions company.
The solved problem: For the freight company as the most important characteristic of quality of the rendered services serves accomplishment of all orders on cargo delivery in time. For May, 2020 in structure of the company of 14 branches performing customer service on network of the railroads practically throughout Russia.
The robot helps to analyze all executed zheleznodorodny transportations and to process information obtained from branches with an explanation of the reasons of violations of delivery dates.
The result of operation of the robot is the consolidated statement with diagrams showing statistics on violations of delivery dates.
What is done by the robot? The files of Excel containing information on all transportations for the expired period are data source for the robot.
The robot analyzes lines of the file and reveals cases with violation of terms. In such cases the robot creates requests to heads of the relevant divisions and consolidates response comments with the specified reasons of violations of terms.
Further the robot consolidates information in the file with the set structure and creates the diagram.
Result: The operational analysis of causes of infringement of delivery dates creates premises to reduction of number of deliveries out of term
