2020: Start of service

On May 18, 2020 it became known of start in Russia of SOS service of exchange of employees for the companies which faced shortage or forced idle time of the personnel. It is the joint project of service of accounting outsourcing Chief accountant Assistent and the Бизнес.ру portal.

The new platform is positioned as the free platform for profitable exchange of employees. It allows the companies to help to recover quickly each other balance between wage fund and staff.

While some companies cannot work, others need additional hands. Here entrepreneurs can quickly help to overcome temporary crisis each other — it is reported on the website.

According to developers, exchange of employees happens legally and voluntarily: the legal base that the labor inspectorate had no questions was prepared.

According to the head of service of accounting outsourcing Chief accountant Assistent and the Business.Py portal  of Sergey Kravchenko, some entrepreneurs are negative to outstaffing as they consider that to give employees as "lease" — illegally. Therefore at start of service the creation of a regulatory framework was the main task there was that entrepreneurs should not have concerns because of legal innuendo, he noted.

By May 18, 2020 to services networks of drugstores "Rigla" and "Magnet Drugstore", networks of medical clinics "Be Healthy" and some other the companies are connected.^[1]

Before start of the platform survey among more than 4 thousand entrepreneurs was conducted. 46% of respondents declared determination to provide the state to other companies, and 38% have free jobs. Judging by results of a research, construction and working specialties, employees of trade, doctors and druggists use the greatest popularity.^[2]
