1991-1992: Minister for Fuel and Energy of Russia
Vladimir Lopukhin held a post of the Minister for Fuel and Energy in the first Russian government from November 10, 1991 to May 30, 1992. Was the adviser of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the international economic cooperation and fuel and energy complex, the non-staff adviser to the Acting prime minister Egor Gaidar.
