2020: Development of technology of group production of pendular nodes of detectors of accelerometers

Specialists of the center of microelectronics of Russian Space Systems holding (RKS, is included into Roskosmos State corporation) developed technology of group production of pendular nodes of detectors of accelerometers. The beginning of serial production on the basis of this technology will allow to reduce significantly the cost of these elements of the systems of navigation and management space and aeromechanics. On May 27, 2020 the press service of RKS reported about it.

Use of micromechanical pendular nodes of detectors of accelerometers gives the chance of creation of a gamma of devices for the systems of navigation and object management.

In the center of microelectronics RKS two technologies of group production of silicon pendular nodes of capacity and compensation type are developed. We also developed technology of group production of quartz pendular nodes of compensation type,
told the deputy manager of department of development of micromechanical systems of RKS Andrey Korpukhin.

On the basis of these technologies in RKS small-lot production of capacity and compensation silicon pendular nodes is developed. In all technologies plates of 100 mm are used that allows to reduce considerably costs at their production.
