E-Malyatko

List of services

As of the end of May, 2020 through E-Malyatko it is possible to issue the following electronic services:

• execution of the certificate of birth of the child
• registration of the residence (registration) of the child
• purpose of money payments at the child's birth
• document creation for signing of the declaration with the pediatrician
• registration of the child in the State register of individuals taxpayers (receiving a TIN)
• obtaining number of registration of the child in the Unified State Demographic Register (USDR)
• execution of the certificate of parents of a large family and the child from a large family
• determination of paternity of the child which mother does not stay in official defects
• confirmation of belonging of the child to citizenship of Ukraine.

2020: Start in the large cities of Ukraine

By the end of May, 2020 the E-Malyatko service is available in many large Ukrainian cities, including in Kiev, Dnieper, Kharkiv, Odessa, Zaporizhia, Exactly, Kryvyi Rih, Lviv, Lutsk, Vinnytsia and Mariupol.

Before after the child's birth parents received the statement from hospital which they had to carry in ZAGS to receive the certificate of birth of the child.  Daley registration of the place of residence of the child was carried out to receive social payments and services. Parents had to perform 11 visits to state bodies, collect 37 documents and spend for it 10 days. Besides, by estimates of the Ukrainian authorities, only 10%  of parents entered data on the child in the register of citizens, and did not hurry to do it until the kid goes to a garden or school. 

Ukraine bypassed Russia in digitalization of registration of newborns

The E-Malyatko service allows to automate these processes, allowing to enter information in the register at registration of the birth and to receive any services without the additional appeal to authorities. Regarding digitalization of services of registration of newborns Ukraine outstripped Russia.^[1]
