2020: Creation of the application guide of technologies of information modeling for construction project development

On June 1, 2020 FAU FTSS announced signing of the contract on accomplishment of research work on project development of the organization of construction (POS) using technologies of information modeling. Work will be performed by the winner of an open competition – National association of consulting engineers in construction (NAIKS).

Research work continues a complex of actions of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation for transition to a management system for lifecycle of objects of capital construction by implementation of technologies of information modeling.

The contractor of the contract is faced by a task to develop requirements to results of information modeling at a construction stage and also to prepare offers on removal of the legal and normative and technical barriers interfering implementation of technologies of information modeling at a construction preparation stage.

Research work is performed on the basis of the practical experience got including when modeling construction of nuclear power plants of Rosatom State Corporation.

Work is carried out according to the Program of application scientific research of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation for 2020 for the realization account of a complex of actions of the federal draft "Digital Public Administration" of the national project "Digital Economy of Russia" to execution of the order of the President of Russia of July 19, 2018 No. Pr-1235 about transition to a management system for lifecycle of objects of capital construction by implementation of technologies of information modeling for the purpose of upgrade of the construction industry and quality improvement of construction.
