2020: Release of the solution Oracle Analytics for Cloud HCM

On May 29, 2020 the Oracle company announced release of the analytical solution Oracle Analytics for Cloud HCM. Oracle Analytics Cloud relying on opportunities and Oracle Autonomous Database, the solution Oracle Analytics for Cloud HCM gives to heads of HR divisions, lines of business and analysts of knowledge of an obupravleniya by personnel, providing a complete overview of data on the scale of all organization. Opportunities for the independent analysis allow to obtain data on a number of areas, including structure of the state, effectiveness of heads, control range, a welfare variety of personnel, flowability/deduction of the personnel, contrastive analysis of coefficients and the analysis of valuable specialists.

According to the developer, the analytical solution Oracle Analytics for Cloud HCM has the following built-in functions.

  • Cross-function model of data. Accelerates the analysis of large volumes of operational data in Oracle Cloud HCM. The data model is placed in elastically scalable service Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse that provides coordination of these all business functions.
  • KPI library and control panels. Offers set from more than 50 performance indicators (KPI) for HR, control panels and reports on key metrics of HR, including structure, flowability and deduction of personnel and also effectiveness of work of a command thanks to which HR specialists can quicker obtain valuable information. The preconfigured KPI are listed below:
    • demography of human resources, the sphere of control given about hiring and promotion;
    • flowability (voluntary and forced) and deduction of personnel;
    • statistical information on a welfare variety of personnel and corresponding trends;
    • trends in the field of remunerations and the amount of compensation;
    • ratios between indicators of productivity and number of specialists.

  • Expanded analytics. Allows the staff of HR departments to save time and forces and also to avoid potential errors in calculations using the analysis of the following areas:

    • deduction of key experts;
    • relative indicator of flowability;
    • effectiveness of work of a command;
    • sphere of control;
    • variety.

  • Building according to requirements of business. Allows customers to supplement data of Oracle Cloud HCM with data from other Oracle applications, applications of other suppliers or external sources.
