On June 2, 2020 it became known that 1C-Rarus in St. Petersburg automated work of sales department, accounting and purchases in Ekofiltr LLC company using industry solution '1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)'. The efficiency of department of supply and accounting increased by 20%, labor costs are reduced by 10-20%, and the head 50% better controls work of managers.
The St. Petersburg company 'Ekofiltr' — the leading manufacturer of the dust removal equipment. Ekofiltr performs more than 10 years a full stroke of designing and production of the aspiration equipment and the systems of vacuum vacuum cleaning. For activity automation the company used the CRM system of third-party vendor, 1C: Enterprise Accounting and '1C: Payroll and HR Management'. Before cooperation with 1C-Rarus company the following tasks were not solved:
- Employees had to duplicate information in two programs as CRM was not synchronized with an accounting system.
- The lack of the payment schedule slowed down approval of payment of accounts from suppliers. The head needed to reside at office that accounting could pay bills.
- Managers could not look at any time at what stage there is a sale and what situation with receivables — and it was necessary for equipment procurement.
- In the CRM system there was no mechanism of planning of providing component parts for production. It was impossible to monitor equipment procurement and the statuses by the existing orders. Purchasing managers fixed planned dates of receipt in spreadsheets.
- Expensive support of the current CRM system, complexity of implementation of missing functionality and long request processing by the developer.
For the solution of these tasks the Ekofiltr company selected the partner 1C-Rarus from St. Petersburg which suggested to implement industry solution '1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)'. The program allowed to solve the listed problems at the expense of an opportunity to flexibly customize a system under requirements of the enterprise, existence of the regular integration mechanism with 1C: Enterprise Accounting, options of the subsequent post-project support and low cost of ownership of a system.
Key project deliverables:
- The duplicated input of primary information is excluded and labor costs using synchronization '1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)' and 1C: Enterprise Accounting are reduced. Labor costs of employees at the same time were reduced by 10-20%.
- The functionality on work with a funnel of sales is automated. Now employees can control and manage the transaction at all stages. Reports "Control of providing on interests" thanks to which managers see payments, control dates of arrival of component parts, providing orders and other operational information are developed.
- Together with the customer the route map of business process for operating control on production of the equipment is developed and configured.
- Sales managers received the tool for planning of customer interactions and the staff of other departments. Thanks to the route map of business process employees trace a stage at which there is a task. All information accumulates in the document 'Interest'.
- The head had an opportunity far off to approve requests for a funds expenditure and to minimize risks of cash gaps due to implementation of the payment schedule. Time of approval of payment of accounts was reduced by 5-10%.
- The commodity calendar for control of ensuring receipt of Inventories which helps to control providing on interests is implemented. Purchasing managers fix dates of a planned receipt of component parts for the equipment in a system now. When receipt date approaches a control point, the task lights up in red color and notifies the employee. Receipt is entered on the basis of the order that accelerates and simplifies process.

The enterprise received the flexible tool which allowed to solve optimum problems of the client and without the additional financial investments to change internal business processes. The efficiency of department of supply and accounting increased by 20%, and control from the head improved for 50%. Thanks to training by a command 1C-Rarus the staff of the enterprise is able to make independently route maps of business processes in a system, to create a new funnel, to describe and start new business processes. A system allows to analyze any processes, to control work with clients and completion dates of orders.
