2020: Automation of conducting the regulated, personnel, operational accounting and payroll calculation

In April, 2020 it became known that were implemented and adapted for business processes "Rostelecom" systems "1C: Enterprise Accounting CORP", "1C: Payroll and HR Management", by Alpha Car.

In 2018 in PJSC Rostelecom the decision on the organization of the Center of the accounting and the reporting "General service center" rendering to clients of the company of service in conducting operational, regulated accounting, payroll of the companies was made. JSC Mostransavto which management made the decision on transfer of PJSC Rostelecom of the designated functions became one of the first clients.

With respect thereto the management of PJSC Rostelecom initiated the project on automation of accounting of all divisions using opportunities of the platform and modern configurations based on solutions of 1C and also the integration solution Datareon ESB. Specialists of Gradum company were engaged in project implementation.

Within the project automation of accounting of all divisions in uniform base using the configurations "1C: Enterprise Accounting CORP", "1C: Payroll and HR Management", "Alfa-Avto" was planned.

Specialists of GRADUM designed and implemented modifications of standard solutions under business processes of the enterprises. The developed systems were integrated into infrastructure of "The general service center" of PJSC Rostelecom and JSC Mostransavto by means of the service data bus. The project team carried out a lot of work on transfer of a remaining balance and historical these all divisions, the training webinars for users of a system are organized.

For June, 2020 support of commercial operation of the implemented solutions and optimization of the subsystems implemented earlier continues.
