In the project progress specialists TopLog needed to solve a number of important problems in a company performance among which:

• system implementation of quality control of goods;
• optimization of search of products under orders;
• automation of accounting of the branded goods;
• liquidation of delays on deliveries to clients;
• data loss exception at failures in the shipping documentation.

As a result of implementation of TopLog WMS in a warehouse of Oasis company all above-mentioned requirements were successfully fulfilled:

The block on control of qualitative parameters of goods at its acceptance and shipment is implemented. As the most part of products arrives from the Chinese producers, she demands check according to the standards existing in Oasis company. TopLog WMS automatically issues tasks on carrying out audit of the accepted and shipped goods. Also in work with souvenirs it is important to consider certain features of the range: the same type of products from different containers of one batch can differ in shades, the invoice and other insignificant signs. Thanks to the block on control of quality characteristics of goods, all defects found the merchandiser are fixed in a system, and the head of quality control department can receive and analyze information using specially developed reports. The integrated block allowed to exclude sending sub-standard goods to the client. The customer had an instrument of check of work of the suppliers as now statistics on defects in any delivery became available.

Turnover of products on the mezzanine increased. For Oasis company it was also necessary to begin to use the mezzanine most effectively. Before TopLog WMS implementation it was practically not involved. After carrying out automation of a warehouse according to a procedural task, the warehouse management system TopLog WMS regularly checks a goods remaining balance on the mezzanine, verifies them with the available need and for the automatic mode plans replenishment of necessary products.

Time for assembly of a load was reduced. It became possible at the expense of the analysis of a remaining balance of products which are in active storage and requirements under orders. The TopLog WMS system automatically creates tasks to drivers of pilers which, in turn, fill up a zone of active storage of products.

Accounting of indicators of KPI for employees of a warehouse is entered. Thanks to implementation of TopLog WMS the management had a possibility of tracking of productivity of work of the personnel.

Section of packaging of goods is automated. Thanks to it the customer can provide to the clients boxed packing lists, i.e. in a system there is information on all articles in each package. Earlier provided to the client only the general packing list in which the total number of boxes and a total quantity of goods was specified. These changes are very convenient for the client as already before acceptance he obtains information what goods in what box will be packed. This opportunity helps to settle disputes between the customer and the client concerning a complete set of orders.

The algorithm of consolidation of loads is optimized. By means of the warehouse management system Toplog WMS routes of the movement of cargo transport form so that clients received the orders timely, with the smallest finance and time expenditure for Oasis company. After automation cases of sending the incomplete order to the client were completely liquidated.

The efficiency of carrying out inventory increased. Now the head of auditing department using TopLog WMS can create tasks for the employees by different parameters: to the article, quality, storage location in a warehouse and to other characteristics. It considerably simplified carrying out inventory of a warehouse.

Full control and accounting of the branded products is introduced. One of activities of Oasis company is drawing a logo of the client on souvenirs directly in the territory of a warehouse. Earlier in any way neither the quantity, nor quality of these goods was considered that often led to its loss. The solution TopLog WMS allowed to make process of accounting of the branded products completely transparent and clear.

One of advantages of the warehouse management system TopLog WMS is existence big, but not excessive, the number of settings, but for this purpose is not required change of a program code. Employees of a warehouse of Oasis company can independently customize a system now if in a warehouse any business process changed.

The selected solution of management of the warehouse TopLog WMS integrated with a corporate system 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management allowed to increase considerably the speed of work of a warehouse complex of the customer. According to the results of cooperation of TopLog and Oasis companies the warehouse complex of souvenirs to Odintsovo was transferred to qualitatively new level.
