The solution TopLog WMS implemented on the SKLP warehouse complex integrated with the system of SAP allows to process large volumes of orders, to carry out accurate tariffing of the services rendered by the company. Systems capabilities provide to clients by the company service "virtual office" where the customer can manage the material flows. All information is stored on the virtualized servers that provides high reliability of safety of all data.

The functionality of the TopLog WMS system allowed the enterprise to develop in the field of the innovation and economic activity and also to take active part in the international, federal and local logistics chain of the movement of goods from different suppliers on the market of the South of Russia.

The efficiency of integrated solution of TopLog WMS was confirmed by increase in speed of pogruzo-discharging, growth of turnover of a warehouse and reduction of time for carrying out inventory of a warehouse complex of the customer.

In digits results of automation of a warehouse complex look as follows:

  • Average time was reduced by carrying out pogruzo-discharging of a palletirovanny load of one eurotruck – from 105 to 30 min. This stage also includes processing of the accompanying documentation to products.
  • Speed of pogruzo-discharging of a nepalletirovanny load of one eurotruck taking into account time for processing of consignment documents increased. Earlier this process took 240 min., after automation of a warehouse – 120-150 min.
  • Time expenditure decreased by carrying out inventory – from 16 to 5-6 o'clock.
  • Twice the indicator of turnover of goods increased: instead of 40 trucks in change 80 unloads.

Works on system deployment of management of the warehouse TopLog WMS were conducted by specialists of SKLP independently.
