The situation revealed that   video conferences  there is no single effective platform at us for, for communications, unfortunately, and  in many cases, really, we use foreign software solutions – such as Zoom Skype.  And it is obvious that here, probably, the state should create a single platform which would support all process of communications  — both  in a format messengers, and  in a video conferencing format  — Shadayev at  the chairman's meeting Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko with  members of council  under the President of the Russian Federation on  implementation of state policy  in the field of protection of family and  children and  with representatives of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation reported.
