2020: Implementation of Instock of a FSIS

On June 16, 2020 the InStock Technologies company reported that it implemented on a warehouse of pharmaceutical company Norman LLC the integration module with MDLP InStock of a FSIS for work with Obligatory marking of drugs.

According to the company, in connection with introduction of Obligatory marking of medicines the Norman LLC company had a need to implement the solution of integration into the Fair Sign – InStock of a FSIS to conform to requirements of work with drugs for the updated rules.

The module InStock FSIS provides in a warehouse of Norman Company accurate accounting of all of SGTIN of cure for acceptance before shipment, considering aggregation level.

Obligatory marking of drugs obliges distributors pharm to send medicines to a system the Fair Sign of the notification on the statuses and the movement SGTIN of drugs. At the same time on each sent notification it is necessary to receive from a system the Fair Sign confirmation in registration of the operation performed with drugs: acceptance, disbandment of transport packaging, a dovlozheniye, partial withdrawal from transport packagings, creation of the aggregated boxes and a pallet, shipment of drugs to other TIN, sampling, an output from turnover on different the reason and td.

All these transactions require extra time. If the Fair sign finds an error in the sent data, then failure with indication of an error which it is necessary to correct and put in order the notification again comes.

The implemented software of InStock of a FSIS solves problems of correct data exchange with a system the Fair sign, preparing and sending information on transactions with drugs in a warehouse of the company Norman.

InStock of a FSIS carries out data exchange by the Fair sign asynchronously, it allows to save the speed of work of a warehouse without waiting of answers from the system of the Fair sign. Physically the goods can be repacked from initial packaging in the mixed box, this box is set on a certain pallet and shipped, and the FSIS InStock system irrespective of it executes data exchange with a system the Fair Sign with that speed which is provided by the system of marking.

Thanks to implementation of InStock of a FSIS in a warehouse Norman delays of processing of goods in connection with additional data exchange with a system the Fair Sign are excluded.

The InStock Technologies company optimized merchandising in a warehouse of the company Norman. As a result goods processing speed same what was before implementation of obligatory marking despite increase in number of the business processes caused by rules of Obligatory marking.

Due to joint work of the FSIS InStock WMS and InStock systems already at an acceptance stage trade flows are separated.

The goods arriving on a warehouse of Norman company can be:

• marked and aggregated,
• or marked and to arrive in bulk without aggregation,
• goods not of subjects to marking,
• subject to marking, but not marked,
• marked, but not carried out correctly through a system the Fair Sign.

All these nuances of InStock WMS and InStock of a FSIS consider at acceptance, placement and storage. As a result of such separation of trade flows the speed of execution of operations increases and loads of sorters and controllers are reduced.

The FSIS InStoc system has local base of all codes of marking which are in a warehouse in different packagings. It allows to carry out at each scanning of codes online an inspection of an opportunity for work with this code. Such check is performed at acceptance, piece selection, inventory. Local verification of codes provides an exception of resorts on SGTIN and system failures the Fair Sign on transaction processing.

The implemented solution for marking of FSIS InStock medicines is tested by TsRPT: the Norman company is completely ready to work with Obligatory marking of drugs which is started since July 1, 2020.
