2020: Start of a single system of management based on Big Data

On June 18, 2020 the Croc company reported that using machine learning technologies the URALCHEM holding will be able precisely to predict volumes and product quality, to build predictive models of hardware maintenance and also to check business hypotheses. All this will allow to implement Data Lake (Lake of data) and a monitoring system of sensors of the equipment implemented by CROC IT company.

Creation of a common information space for work with the data arriving from equipment sensors became the first step to implementation of the general Big Data system and BI analytics for all productions of URALCHEM. For June, 2020 a system includes integration into the BI platform for creation of the reporting in real time and also implementation of an analysis algorithm of deviations, monitoring and identification of idle sensors of the equipment in the mode close to real time.

The digital divisions of holding which were earlier performing service functions become engines of development, creating technological solutions which allow to optimize and increase the value of business processes of our company. The solution is designed by specialists of CROC as the scalable platform for the analysis and storage of stream data about indicators from process systems of the equipment of 5 in depth and more years. In the future the platform will be able to become the main for consolidation of industrial, financial and other data: information on shipments, stock balance and also their analysis and tracking of execution of KPI. Use of Machine Learning and Big Data technologies will allow to create the tools solving applied business challenges of holding. On the basis of collected data it will be possible to analyze and study mechanisms of optimization of product quality, increase in efficiency. Also in Data Lake the possibility of development and deployment of a predictive MRO based on machine learning is put.

Transition to the digital enterprise stopped being an option or a whim - it is need which is dictated by market conditions and the competition.
