2020: Implementation of a cloud management system for marketing communications
On June 19, 2020 Tape, one of retail networks of Russia, announced system implementation of management of media content which allows to optimize production of marketing materials.
The company implemented a management system for media content of OmniPublish which allows to store and exchange multimedia objects, to coordinate interaction between structures of the company by production of promotional materials. Standard models form using Adobe of InDesign Server in the automatic mode that releases time of designers for the solution of creative tasks.
A system allows to implement batch update of values at any production phase (for example, if necessary to update the prices), controls correctness of the applied master data, and manages geographical and chronological version control of the produced materials.
Due to application of a cloud solution the company automated production of directories, models of outdoor advertizing and interior decor of shops. The total volume of materials over which the centralized work is conducted is more than five thousand pages and standard models monthly. In addition, it was succeeded to reduce significantly costs for services of third-party contractors.
Use of a system also promoted acceleration of input of units of an assortment matrix in advertizing campaigns. So, photos about 100 assortment positions are daily loaded into base of media materials and integrated into all necessary communication resources.
