Biography

Tatyana Chernovskaya is a specialist in development of methods of selection and purification of recombinant proteins. Its main contribution to creation, development of production technologies and implementation to clinical practice of a complex of medicines on the basis of monoclonal antibodies for treatment of oncological and autoimmune diseases is development of technology of selection and the purification of active pharmacological substances of monoclonal antibodies ensuring proper quality and safety of the received substances, and medicines, suitable for preparation.

Under the leadership of Tatyana Chernovskaya technologies of selection and cleaning are developed for pharmacological substances of recombinant proteins: interleukin-2, interferon alpha 2a, a granulocyte-koloniyestimuliruyushchy a factor, interferon - beta 1b, L-asparaginaza. Some them them formed the basis of creation of medicines Genferon, Leykostim, Ronbetal. The developed technologies are protected by 15 patents with author's participation of Chernovska T. V. Avtor of 44 publications in the indexed scientific publications.

For June, 2020 Tatyana Chernovskaya is the director of the department of biochemistry of JSC Biocad, Candidate of Biology, the senior research associate.

The award "for development and deployment in clinical practice of a complex of medicines on the basis of monoclonal antibodies for treatment of oncological and autoimmune diseases" was received by the director of the department of biochemistry of Biocad company Tatyana Chernovskaya.
