Biography

Was born on August 31, 1960 in of Anyakovo of Aktanyshsky district of TASSR.

Education

1983: KF MEI

In 1983 graduated Kazansky from branch Moscow power of institute (since 2000- Kazan State Power University (KSPU)) in the specialty "power supply industrial the enterprises of the cities and agriculture".

2013: IPK OF ENERGY INDUSTRY

From 7/8/2013 to 7/25/2013 completed professional development course in FGAOU DPO "Institute of advanced training of leading employees and specialists of fuel and energy complex", in state ENERGY INDUSTRY the "Management of Mobilization Preparation and the Organization of Protection of a Secret in" direction.
