On October 27, 2016 the Schneider Electric company and the Kazan state power university announced agreement signature about cooperation in the organization of preparation.
Project Tasks
According to the agreement on cooperation, the companies will take part in creation based on university of training center of applied qualifications Electro Skills specializing in the field of electrotechnical and electric installation work using the World Skills International standards.
The Electro Skills center it is necessary to conduct professional training and training of students of university in skills of electric installation work, to features of design, installation, repair and maintenance of the electrotechnical equipment, retraining and advanced training of specialists of working specialties.
Schneider Electric should equip Wiring and Repair educational zones of the Center with the innovation electrotechnical equipment that will help to train specialists who own not only fundamental knowledge, but also the applied skills necessary for work at the hi-tech enterprises. Amount of investments into equipment of the Center ~ 7 million rubles.
