2020: Placement of infrastructure in a cloud

Cloud4Y announced on June 29, 2020 placement of infrastructure of SPKFR in the protected cloud.

For market monitoring of work and emergence of professions, development (updating) of qualifications and professional standards for specialists of financial market, updating of programs of professional education and training SPKFR used own automated system. Being non-profit organization and working with personal data, Council understood importance of ensuring proper level of protection of the used information. And therefore organized the tender for providing FZ-152 of "cloud" protected in compliance to requirements for a personal data storage and other sensitive information.

According to the results of the tender implementation of this project was charged to corporate cloud provider of Cloud4Y. In addition to available cost, the company provided convincing proofs of reliability and efficiency of the solution. After the declaration of results the plan of interaction was approved and infrastructure for fast migration of SPKFR in cloud infrastructure of provider is prepared.

The service in transfer of infrastructure was rendered within the solution "FZ-152 Cloud". The provider constructed in the data center the protected circuit which underwent certification for security requirements according to FZ-152 and received the certificate of compliance on personal data protection to the 1st level of security inclusive. It allows Cloud4Y to help clients to close a question of compliance of infrastructure to requirements of the legislation.

In several days after signing of the contract SPKFR placed the infrastructure in the protected cloud of Cloud4Y and received the decision about compliance to requirements of the Federal law "About Personal Data" of 7/27/2006 No. 152-FZ.
