SPKFR (Council for professional qualifications of financial market)

The association of participants of "Council for Professional Qualifications of Financial Market" financial market was created (SPKFR) in March, 2015 with the purpose to narrow a gap between "diploma students" and qualified employees without specialized education.

SPKFR solves a problem of retraining and use of professional skills of economists, accountants and financiers. The uniform standards developed by Council help employees to work effectively, and to employers will simplify personnel recruitment.

Functions of Association of participants of "Council for Professional Qualifications of Financial Market" financial market

1. Carrying out market monitoring of work, emergence of professions, changes in names and lists of professions of financial market.
2. Development, application and updating of professional standards for specialists of financial market.
3. Development, application and updating of an industry frame of qualifications and qualification requirements for specialists of financial market.
4. Participation in development of state standards of professional education, updating of programs of professional education and training.
5. Carrying out professional and public accreditation of educational programs.
6. Assessment of qualifications of workers.
