2020: Representation of the IC "Agate"

On June 29, 2020 Center 2M, the Russian information operator, announced Agate which main objective is monitoring and the forecast of technical condition of electric motors development of a prototype of the intelligent system (IS) of predictive analytics.

Thanks to the IC "Agate" the operating and servicing organizations will be able to estimate remotely a condition of engines during operation. It will allow to minimize accidents or other production and financial losses.

A system collects and processes data about the current technical condition of the engine, arriving from measuring devices and from class external information systems EAM (MRO), creates dynamic models of operation of the operational equipment and also predicts and estimates risks of failures with the help neuronets.

Results of preliminary tests confirm that the IC "Agate" with an accuracy about 87% can reveal the faults connected with decrease in resistance of an anchor chain and field winding and also switching violation.

On the basis of these data a system warns about engine failure in several hours or days before incident. Tests showed that duration of work of an object from the moment of detection of fault as the Agate system until failure registration by the servicing divisions was from 2 to 14 days.

Predictive analytics – one of the most perspective technologies of use of artificial intelligence. Using historical and continuous data about work of an object, information on the main subsystems, it is possible to create rather exact forecasts about its working capacity in the future. Thanks to these opportunities it is possible to reduce number of accidents and failures on crucial objects, to minimize weight of their effects, to reduce costs for maintenance of the equipment in good repair, - the CEO of "Centr2m" Evgeny Miskevich is sure. - For June, 2020 the IC "Agate" passed tests and is offered to operation in the relevant organizations.
