Biography

• Evgeny Vasilyevich Miskevich graduated from the Tyumen state university majoring in "Finance and the credit".

• In 2005 he was appointed the director of the department of housing-and-municipal policy of the Tyumen region.
• In 2009 headed Head department of construction of the Tyumen region, in a year – Head department of construction and housing and communal services of the Tyumen region.
• In 2010-2013 Mr. Miskevich held a position of the First Deputy Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.
• In 2015 created and headed Center 2M LLC company.
• In June, 2019 the Company executive Center 2M Evgeny Miskevich is elected to a position of the CEO of Association of the organizations and specialists in the field of development of housing and communal services and city development "housing and public utilities and urban environment". The decision on Evgeny Miskevich's election to a position of the CEO of "Housing and Public Utilities and Urban Environment" Association is made by Council of Association within the meeting which took place on June 20, 2019. According to Evgeny Miskevich, in the field of housing and communal services there are many problems, and taking into account digitalization of the industry their quantity will only increase.
