2020: Start of upgrade of networks of telephone local communication

The federal provider of intelligent solutions for business of JSC MTT announced on June 30, 2020 the beginning of upgrade of own networks of telephone local communication. Applying technology of creation of communication networks with geographically distributed architecture and also sharing of means of communication of networks of the third-party partner operator, MTT organized in Moscow centralized operation by regional nodes.

Networks of local communication of the company in 9 cities are translated to June, 2020 on the updated technology of creation of communication networks: Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Omsk, Barnaul, Ufa, Togliatti, Sochi, Stavropol, Volgograd.

The updated technology of creation of communication networks with geographically distributed architecture and also sharing of means of communication of networks of the third-party partner operator allowed us to avoid big capital costs and at the same time to optimize network functioning. Now the uniform communication hub of MTT in Moscow provides switching of calls of clients, manages gateways in regions. It allows to manage even more effectively infrastructure in regions. Until the end of 2020 we are going to transfer our networks to this scheme of work and in other cities, - Andrey Azhigirov, the deputy CEO of MTT company says.
