Baltika accelerated selection of employees with limited access to the computer using cloud computing

2020: Acceleration of hiring of employees with limited access to the computer

On June 30, 2020 the TalentTech company reported that technologies helped Baltika company to automate and accelerate hiring process. Using ATS Potok.io of TalentTech holding it was succeeded to increase selection speed to 86%. At the same time, the installed system is the standard module which is flexibly arranged under processes of the company.

The first results:

  • Selection speed = 86% (calculates by a formula: in normative time to separate quantity of the closed vacancies into quantity of all closed vacancies for this period),
  • Quality of selection = 90% (the number of employees who worked less than 6 months to separate into all employees who were accepted 6 months ago).

In staff of our company more than 9 thousand employees, and only in 2019 were closed 1869 vacancies. Process automation for such large production company — a problem of prime necessity. Using Potok we managed to create the uniform working space available in any place at any time, – Anastasia Kishkina, the process automation specialist in Baltika company told.

The feature of implementation was that the most part of employees of the company – about 5000 people – works out of office and has limited access to the computer.

Using a cloud solution it was succeeded to provide:

  • Access for all who work with a vacancy: the recruiter, the customer, the employing manager;
  • Different access rights for users of a system;
  • Setup and control of all stages of selection, movement of candidates on them;
  • Communication with candidates in a system, creation of templates of letters;
  • Integration into the calendar and dzhob-borda, purpose of interviews and meetings;
  • To the HR analyst based on selection (accomplishment of KPI, sources, conversion, a closing time of vacancies, the analysis of loading of recruiters);
  • Attachment of files to letters and also unloading of data in Excel;
  • Existence of autoactions.

For Baltika we configured a basic product under their wishes and expanded opportunities with add-on modules. For example, it is possible to add the questionnaire of the candidate, integration with a personnel system or even assessment of candidates using artificial intelligence of Sever.AI, – Aleksandra Tomashevskaya, the CEO of Potok.io comments.
