2020: Implementation 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP

For the organization of document storage, accounting of accounting documentation by the management Agrogard-RTs the decision on system implementation of electronic document management was made.

Selecting a system, considered the following factors:

• convenience of storage and information search of different type
• possibility of preparation of document packages for regulatory authorities
• friendly interface

The 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product meets all these requirements.

The contractor of the project on creation of an information system selected 1C-Rarus company.

During the project specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works:

• Inspection and preparation of the document "Functional Requirements"
• Setup of a system according to documentation
• Completions of a standard system according to requirements of the Customer
• Setup of integration with the 1C: Enterprise Accounting CORP configuration
• Consultations on work in an accounting system are rendered

During the project the training seminar is held

Implementation of the software product allowed to solve such problems as:

• Accounting and document storage
• Office-work

As a result of use of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product the single database of storage and accounting of accounting documentation is provided. Work of users was systematized and disciplined.
