Project Objectives

Project Tasks

5. Training of administrators of the customer for setup 1C: Document Flow
Project Steps.
1. Formation of the working group from the customer.
2. Carrying out input demonstration of a standard product for the working group
3. Holding an interview and requirements gathering at the working group.
4. Creation and approval of the schedule of works taking into account loading of employees of the Customer.
5. Block implementation.
a. The first block – primary setup of information base and loading of basic NSI. Each subsequent block was selected depending on the Customer's priorities
b. Result of each block – the system prototype accepted and tested by the Customer.
c. Each block – filling by functionality of the current system, notable result from implementation for business of the Customer
d. Carrying out key user training of the Customer on the implemented block
e. Closing of works on each implemented block
Project Features
The project was kept in the remote mode in different time zones (Moscow and Novosibirsk). For this format of interaction specialists together with technical specialists of the Customer prepared infrastructure at the Customer's capacities. IT infrastructure is used as the platform for remote work of specialists of the Customer.
Project tasks were: setup of basic routes of approval of documents and their filling from templates. Knowledge transfer to key users of the customer not only on use (key users of a system), but also on setup of a configuration (system administrators) was the major project task.
One more feature of the project was the fact that 1C: Document Flow was left standard, without completions. However for accomplishment of a problem of automatic filling of a large number of difficult document templates the flexible mechanism of a configuration 1C: Document Flow allowing to develop different scripts in the built-in programming language 1C without completion of the configuration with the subsequent painless updating was used.
