The two-spectral camera DS-2TA21-2/3AVF in the cube body
The Hikvision company announced on August 25, 2020 release of the first compact two-spectral thermal imager in the cube body. The model is developed especially for security server, data centers, cabinets of automation, management systems for production processes and other similar objects and also for high-precision temperature measurement.
The main feature of new development – the small size (56 mm × 38.8 mm × 110 mm) which allows to install the device in limited spaces (for example, a wiring closet, server, etc.). Despite compactness, thermal imager model with a lens of 1.8 mm provides the qualitative two-spectral image and wide angle of the overview (90 ° in horizontal direction and 66.4 ° in vertical direction). Therefore one device will be enough to provide monitoring of fire safety of an extensive zone. When the thermovision module fixes temperature anomalies, the camera sends a disturbing signal which can be checked using the image from an optical lens. The thermal imager supports function of combination of two ranges (imposing of two frames) which increases detailing of the image and allows to obtain exact information on the current situation on an object.
Unlike other budget thermal imagers of industrial function, the two-spectral camera Hikvision in the cube body has the high accuracy of temperature measurement (±2 °C) and broad temperature range (from -20 °C to 350 °C). The thermal imager is capable to fix the minimum changes of a thermal background and to signal about emergence of a fire-dangerous situation at the earliest stage – even before emergence of smoke and a visible flame. In this case on the device sound signaling works, and the operator of a system receives a disturbing signal in real time. Flexible configurations of the software allow to control a status of a specific point, the line and the selected area. Innovation also differs from other analogs in the market in higher resolution of the thermovision module (160х120) and its high sensitivity (<40 мК).
For ensuring fast installation the body of the thermal imager is equipped with a magnet which allows to mount the camera on iron surfaces without additional fastenings. Installation on a special bracket for vertical or horizontal surfaces is also possible. The cable, the adapter for the aviation connector and the power supply are included in the package of the thermal imager.
