2020: Completion of works on creation of a video surveillance system on objects of the Moscow Department of Healthcare.

Within program implementation of the Government of Moscow "Safe city" the Communication Service of Telecommunication company completed the works to creation of a video surveillance system on objects of the Moscow Department of Healthcare. On July 2, 2020 SST company reported about it.

The state program on security in Moscow assumes a number of actions for providing law and order and counteraction to violations. The video surveillance system is a part of an end-to-end system of security in places of big accumulation of people.

Task

Creation of a video surveillance system: from channel-forming to the terminal equipment for implementation of uninterrupted transfer of a video information to the state information system "Uniform Center of Storage and Data Processing" (ETsHD).

Solution

Within the project specialists of Svyaz Service Telekommunikatsii LLC perform the following works:

• inspection of objects of video surveillance within which zones of video surveillance, an installation site of video cameras, the locations of the channel-forming equipment and the scheme of the organization of the channel were defined;
• preparation and approval of technical solutions for each object, including layout charts of video cameras with indication of scenes of the overview;
• laying of lines communications Ethernet from video cameras to the channel-forming equipment;
• equipment installation (IP video cameras, Ethernet switches, wiring closets);
• connection and setup of the IP video cameras and Ethernet switches providing the video image according to the approved scenes of the overview and its transfer from object of video surveillance to ETsHD in real time in a format of the ETsHD managing systems;
• check of operability of IP video cameras;
• preparation of Executive documentation.

Works were carried out to a short time, during the difficult period of a pandemic of a SARS.

Result

In the project progress the video surveillance system in health facilities of Moscow is created. More than 2000 internal and outside cameras are mounted. The created system provides visual control behind objects of video surveillance in real time and transfer of a video information to the uniform center of storage and data processings.

The Moscow hospitals and clinics received the technical tool for the organization of rapid response to any events happening on their territory, video documentation of medical transactions and relationship of doctors and patients.
