Gosk (Goscom.ru) - communications system of remote access (KS UD). Provides providing public services with authorization in a Unified identification and authentication system in the mode of remote access in the field of public administration. A system is developed by Noomatika LLC.
2020: Description of the Goskom system
Allows to carry out by Gosk: the authorized, remote reception of citizens in public institutions; public listenings in municipalities. All participants can be authorized via the portal of state services.
As of July, 2020 a system undergoes approbation in Administration of the municipal entity Izhevsk.
Financial and economic model: Purchase within 44-FZ, service of a product at any stage of lifecycle. Including, within the Federal Program "Digital Economy" and also for needs of federal institutions of public service (applicable spheres for implementation: organizations of justice, MFC, education, health care, law enforcement bodies, Ministries of Defence, municipal, regional and federal authorities, ministries and departments, Government of the Russian Federation).
All technical infrastructure which ensures functioning is on dedicated servers in the territory of the Russian Federation. A system is available on any modern browser in phone, the tablet and the desktop computer. Provides enciphering of video and an audio stream with means of the protected protocol. The solution is created using open source software.
Results of digitalization
- Carrying out reception of citizens, public listenings online using video of iaudio-communication.
- Authorization of participants via the Gosuslugi portal or one-time passwords, for confirmation of the personality.
- Allows to plan an event, to appoint participants, to send them notifications by e-mail and SMS.
- Participants can exchange images and documents in the course of the event.
- In time event online the moderator can disconnect any participant, pledge it the word, disconnect video or a sound of the participant.
A system can be integrated as the module of communications into the AIS of MMD "Perimeter".
