Perimeter City is an analytical information system of monitoring of municipal activity (AIS MMD).

2020: Description of the AIS of MMD "Perimetr-Gorod"

As of July, 2020 the AIS of MMD "Perimetr-Gorod" allows to optimize the public municipal administration due to monitoring and performance monitoring of activity of municipality.

A system works at a joint of the power, citizens and the urban environment. Represents the analytical system of a class Business Intelligence (BI) which structures interrelations between these three parts, quickly processes large volumes of data from different sources, performs their monitoring and visualizes for the purpose of timely acceptance of management decisions.

Sales terms: participation of the municipal entity in the Federal program "Digital Economy" regarding the organization of a monitoring system of municipal activity with installation of hardware complex of audiovisual providing data or Command center by the region.

Financial and economic model: purchase within 44-FZ, service of a product at any stage of lifecycle

A system works with three levels of data:

• Data of subsystems of an internal circuit of the municipal entity;
• Data of an external circuit of budget organizations;
• + Wednesday and requests of citizens, media.

Results of digitalization

• Improvement of performance indicators of work of staff of municipality more than twice, due to implementation of the module "Electronic Reception" for citizens with target processing of their requests far off, using an audio-visual handshaking.
• Process optimization of collection of data on work of services of the city, the staff of municipality, a status of the urban environment, execution of orders of the mayor and visual providing these data in real time, with a possibility of operative video conference at any level of a system, releasing more than 40% of working time.
• Operational management of emergencies using modules "Situational center", "GOSK" (the communication module of state services) and the quarantine module "FORT", with a possibility of coordination of actions of special services far off, providing quality of assessment of events and the made decisions.
• Receiving operative and reliable feedback on requests of citizens, entrepreneurs, families, through the organization of operation of the module "GOSKOM" with the mayor and heads of departments, services and departments of current problems of living arrangement and a status of city space.
