2020: Representation of MLead service
The Marketing Logic analytical company developed the complete solution on management of exit employees. Service includes five blocks and covers process of customer interaction from work with cold base before signing of the contract and an after-sale service. The company reported about it on July 9, 2020.
The complex service MLead is developed and intended for increase in efficiency of business processes on the basis of automation, use of Big Data and geoanalytics. The solution allows to release from 20% to 60% of percent of working time of employees of sales for its more effective use. The released time goes to the selling activities (calls, meetings, correspondence), or to staff expense optimization when preserving sales volume.
The solution is from 5 blocks: database, mobile application, reporting, module of optimization and geoplatform. Each block - the tool for increase in process performance and increase in final conversion of contacts – in signing of the contract.
At the expense of the Big Data connected with base of contacts, and the module of analytics conversion of contacts in calls increases. Distribution of leads, geoplanning and use of mobile application allow to reduce time for planning of meetings and the road, to spend less time for the reporting. From managers problems of control, the reporting and identification of points of growth are removed that allows to pay more attention and energy to strategic development.
Solutions on automation allow to save up to 20% of working time due to reduction of routine tasks, and AI monitoring of "burning out" and motivational programs increase cumulative efficiency of department by 20-40%.
