2019: Implementation 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP

Due to growth of the number of documents by the management of NON-BANK CREDIT ORGANIZATION Vestern Union DP Vostok LLC it was accepted the decision on implementation of electronic document management.

Specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works:

• Setup of differentiation of access rights at employees is made;
• The e-mail client is configured;
• The notification of users on tasks and problem definitions through mail is configured;
• Tuning of role addressing and business processes is performed;
• Loading of partners from web service is made;
• Reports for tracking of the expired entering / outgoing documents are configured.

Using an automated system of accounting account of the entering and outgoing documents is kept. Autostart of processes of consideration according to the incoming document during creation of a card by the secretary is configured. All users of a system can create outgoing documents, restriction is set on registration of the document without file. On proceeding to letters a task on execution it is set to secretaries: sending letter. Process of approval of the new partner is also organized, at not approval in a card of the partner the additional detail which allows to separate visually in the list is filled out, the partner is approved or not.

As a result of use of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product the single database of storage and accounting of documents is provided. Now there is an opportunity to distribute creation of documents between employees, to monitor accomplishment of tasks that allows to reduce time expenditure. Work of users was systematized and disciplined.
