2019: Implementation 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP

For accounting of the entering and outgoing documentation, tracking of performance of resolutions of the director, for systematization of accounting and process of approval of agreements by the management of Volganeftetrans LLC the decision on implementation of electronic document management was made. Also in the Company a large number of the tender documentation is conducted. Accounting of similar documentation with detailing on agreements and projects was necessary.

The contractor of the project on creation of a new information system selected 1C-Rarus company.

As a basis for creation of an automated system of accounting it was decided to use the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product allowing to implement all assigned tasks.

As a result of implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product accounting of the entering documentation and control of performance of resolutions of the director is adjusted, accounting of outgoing documentation is organized, account of agreements is kept, the tender procedure and accounting of the tender documentation is automated. Work of users was systematized and disciplined.
