2015: Implementation 1C: Document Flow PROF

In 2015 experts "1C-Rarus: TechLAB" was completed by audit of servers and databases of software products based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in branch of AEM-technology in Petrozavodsk regarding stability of work and performance of systems.

At communication with the Customer it was succeeded to classify the main problems in work of a server cluster of 1C and to reveal the following directions of audit of an information system:

• Optimization of an algorithm of explosion of a product;
• Optimization of specialized application entities - jobs of users;
• Optimization of accomplishment of exchanges between the main accounting system based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration and the third-party accounting systems.
• Exception of errors about a lack of memory at accomplishment of unloadings of essential amount of data;
• Stabilization of work of a cluster when using program licensing and management of balancing of loading in a cluster of 1C from three working servers.

The purpose of a request of the Customer is a stable and effective work of users in an information system based on 1C:Enterprise 8.

Experts "1C-Rarus: TechLAB" was developed the actions plan which included:

• Analysis of quality of system operation and server environment;
• Stability augmentation and productivities of system operation at all points.

During the carried-out works performance of the existing information system is audited, bottlenecks, work-related the application solution, application server 1C and the DBMS server are revealed.

For achievement of the designated stability criterions and performance by experts "1C-Rarus: TechLAB" was performed the system operation monitoring including the analysis of a status both the database and its information, and a server environment. On each recorded problem recommendations about a bypass were issued, or works on elimination of a problem at programming or hardware layer were performed.

As a result of project implementation by experts "1C-Rarus: TechLAB" was reached the required level of stability and performance of system operation. In particular, it was succeeded to exclude all errors arising in a cluster, several times to improve performance on some transactions, and key transaction of explosion of a product is accelerated by 4 times.

2000 jobs are automated.

The main used configurations at the enterprise "1C: Document Flow 8", "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".
