PR-agency PRonline has a base of 30,000 partner media with which more than 7,000 news PR projects have been implemented over the years of the service. In total, over 3,500 companies from Russia and the CIS countries used PRonline services, and the agency's effectiveness has grown 10 times since its inception.
Over 9 years, the agency has been able to significantly expand the pool of its clients. If initially these were mainly representatives of small businesses, not ready or unable to spend a lot of money on promotion, then over time the service services began to be used by larger players, including several international corporations. The total number of users of the service exceeded 3,500, the number of news, articles and press releases sent out using PRonline exceeded 7,000, and the number of publications in the media and on news portals of various echelons amounted to more than 350,000.
The service became especially in demand during the coronavirus pandemic, when many services and services, and sometimes entire businesses, were transferred to the online format. The effectiveness of PRonline during this period is evidenced by the growing popularity of the service in such categories as "Trade" (+ 56% of the number of releases sent out in the first half of 2020 compared to the second half of 2019), "Gadgets" (+ 31%), "e-commerce" (+ 27%), "Investments" (+ 18%).
In general, over the years of the service's existence, Russian companies have shown the greatest activity in the categories "Advertising and Marketing," "Small and Medium-Sized Businesses," "Trade" and "E-commerce." At the same time, most of the services of online PR agencies were used in Moscow and St. Petersburg, followed by Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and Kazan.
