Biography

Ilgar Gadzhiyev is the Russian and Azerbaijani developer who became known owing to loss of control^[1] over the construction^[2] belonging to it]:

Under control of SDI Group Ilgara holding in a different measure of the company conducted building of three large residential complexes in Moscow and area: LDC "Vernadsky^[7]", LDC "Pirogovsky Riviera^[8]", LDC "Accord. Gadzhiyev entered the capital construction Ilgar market in 2013, having founded the company with the name of Akkord-stroy LLC which was well known^[13] by then^[14] in the construction markets of Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Except the residential real estate in these countries the company built^[15], bridges, outcomes, was engaged in production of building materials.

In 2012 Accord was awarded^[16] the Gold Prize "European Quality of 2012" the International Commercial Association BİD. In April, 2012 Accord also became the owner^[17] of the International Award "Caspian Energy Integration Award - 2012" founded by the Caspian and European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) in the Construction Company of Year nomination.

In Russia the Akkord-stroy company began with construction of roads^[18] according to tenders in Moscow and the Moscow region, and expanded a profile to construction of residential complexes, trade and business centers later. However then all business was joint under the SDI Group brand which received recognition in Russia.

Till 2019 Ilgar Gadzhiyev held a post of the adviser to the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Russia Pohlad Byulbyul-ogly. Along with that till 2017 Gadzhiyev was a chief executive of the All-Russian Azerbaijani congress^[19]integrating dozens of Azerbaijani businessmen in Russia.
