2018: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

For enterprise management quality improvement the management of Lukbeloil LLC made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2".

Project Objective:

• increase employee performance due to reduction of terms of document handling electronically,
• organize efficiency of obtaining necessary information in full,
• increase transparency of business processes.

As the contractor of the project the 1C-Rarus company was selected.

Such functional sections as are automated:

• Budgeting, financial planning;
• Cash management (treasury).

Specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works on implementation of the software product:

• Delivery and installation of the application solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2";
• It is demonstrated program capabilities;
• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system is performed;
• Interfaces and sets of user rights are created;
• The standard configuration is configured, according to requirements of the Customer;
• Integration with configurations Enterprise accounting and "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" is performed;
• Initial tunings of the program are performed;
• The help when entering opening balances is rendered;
• Personnel training to work with a system is provided.

The information system allows to increase the responsibility of employees, to systematize business process of approval of budgets. The system of budget management became more transparent, control of a funds expenditure became more operational.
