EDMS of Syzran Refinery is finished before full paperless document flow

2020: Completion of EDMS Docsvision

The Webzavod company implemented the project on completion of the electronic document management system (EDMS) for Syzran Refinery. The carried-out works allow the customer to sign the approved agreements in electronic form and to transfer them to archive for the subsequent storage. All functions were developed and implemented all in a month. On July 17, 2020 the Docsvision company reported about it.

Syzran Refinery uses the Docsvision platform for automation of office-work since 2017. In a system the considerable amount of document flow, including approval of agreements is automated. However, internal processes required after approval of all conditions to sign documents in paper form, to scan originals and to load them again into a system for further storage.

Completely to refuse paper documents, Webzavod company together with vendor of EDMS Docsvision found the solution how to convert files with visas about signing of the document into the PDF file. If the file should be printed further, then employees can locate this stamp in the right place.

Upgrade of EDMS solved an assigned task. Syzran Refinery received "the magic button" which allows to optimize work of office and to reduce costs for work with paper documents.

The Webzavod company provides about three years maintenance and development of an electronic document management system at the enterprise of Syzran Refinery.
