2019: Implementation 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP

Objectives:

• Increase in efficiency and speed of acceptance of management decisions due to ensuring control of documents and instructions, integration with the existing systems;
• Reduction of time processing and sending documents;
• Creation of the general documentary information space;
• Exception of errors and delays during the work with documents and departures.

Results:

• A system is brought into commercial operation 4/1/2019;
• 50 jobs are automated;
• Directory synchronization of NSI with the accounting system of the Customer 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management is configured;
• Access rights of users are differentiated (the following profiles are implemented: director, secretary, head, user);
• Document types are configured: entering, proceeding, orders, orders, account agreements, profitable agreements, supplementary agreements;
• Numerators on document types are configured;
• In cards of documents the feature for input of several resolutions is added;
• Accounting of documents on several organizations is organized;
• Integration with CRM systems, billing and courier service is implemented;
• The notification of users by e-mail is configured.
