2020: Automation of accounting based on "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Management of construction organization 2"

For automation operational, accounting and tax accounting at high technology level and according to requirements of the Russian Legislation the company management made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of "1C: Enterprise 8.ERP Management of Construction Organization 2".

Specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works on implementation of the software product:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance;
• Delivery of the software product in office of the customer;
• Sale of the selected software product;
• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system is performed;
• Planning of stages of works, drawing up the job schedule is executed;
• The standard configuration is configured according to requirements of the Customer;
• Interfaces and sets of user rights are created;
• Initial tunings of the program to start accounting are performed;
• Integration about "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" is performed.
• The help when entering opening balances is rendered;
• Data transfer from the previous automation systems is performed;
• User training is provided.

1C-Rarus is performed by specialists consultation on methodical questions of work with the program. Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued.

The following subsystems of accounting are automated:

• control of motor transport;
• personnel records;
• payroll;
• accounting;
• tax accounting.

Use of the application solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Management of construction organization 2" allows to automate such sections of accounting as: inventory management; order management; cash management; sales planning, purchases; construction management; control of motor transport.

Using a new information system 20 jobs are automated.
