2020: Implementation of software "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2"

In 2019 at the expense of the received investments production was resumed, the increased operating capacity, sales market expansion is planned. The management of holding made the decision on implementation of the modern automation system of accounting. A choice was made for benefit of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product as the most universal and the manufacturing enterprise covering requirements.

As the contractor the company having considerable experience in the field of automation of manufacturing enterprises of North Caucasus federal district - StavAnalysis was selected.

In November, 2019 the project of development of methodology of accounting and user training based on the solution "began 1C:ERP Enterprise management 2".

The high professional grade of a team of the Customer allowed to implement the selected solution in very short terms. The following sections of accounting were automated:

• Sales management;
• Production management;
• Products cost accounting;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Management of treasury;
• Management of fixed assets;
• Accounting;
• Tax accounting;
• The regulated reporting;
• Management accounting;
• Integration about 1C: Document Flow;
• exchange with a system Bitrix 24.

Within the project the accounting methodology at the enterprise was developed and user training is provided. As a result in short terms accounting at the enterprise was transferred to the modern platform. The quantity of errors of users decreased, warehouse stocks are optimized, the quality of the management reporting increased.

Integration about 1C: Document Flow significantly increased discipline of employees.
