2020: Start of a robotic complex
Specialists in industrial robotics "the SIBUR Didzhital" together with INSPAYR integrator completed the project on start of a robotic complex based on the KUKA KR-60 robotic manipulator. On July 23, 2020 the hoding Sibur reported about it.
The robotic cell is integrated into the BOPP-film production line on Tomsk Biaksplena and intended for control of geometry and quality of products – rolls of BOPP-films – and also executes final preparation of products before shipment to her clients.
BOPP-film – popular material for modern flexible packaging in food, perfumery, tobacco, pulp-and-paper and light industry.
Earlier we came up against situations when BOPP-film roll width after cutting did not correspond to required values, the accountant-marker visually could not see an error and after shipment there was a problem on production of our clients. In certain cases the batch had to be returned and delivered again. Using the robot who controls geometry of rolls of the BOPP-film such situations will be excluded, and losses are minimized, - the production engineer Evgeny Fedoseyev, BIAKSPLEN tells. |
The robotic complex for July, 2020 works with 79 types of the BOPP-film and rolls from 30 cm to 2.5 m wide, processes 1 roll a minute or 1440 rolls a day. The complex controls width of rolls with an accuracy of 3 millimeters and also measures the weight and diameter of a roll, in case of the undergone control marks products, in case of defects – announces a problem to the operator.
The industrial L30-3 KUKA KR 60 robot installed in a robotized technological complex based on the KR C4 controller is equipped with the scanner of barcodes, the special device for measurement of geometrical characteristics of objects and vacuum capture for drawing labels. By means of the scanner the RTK system reads out data on products from a technology barcode which contains information on the order, geometry and weight of a roll of BOPP. Then the robotic manipulator takes a series of measurements on diameter of the roll coming on weight section, measures its actual dimensions. RTK in the automatic mode executes check on compliance of data retrieveds with technology a stroke of the code and actually measured data of a roll. If parameters of products are in limits of specifications, a system registers the fact of finished product output in 1C and sends a request for printing of two labels, and the robotic manipulator makes drawing these labels on the inside and outer diameter of a roll respectively, - the senior architect of the industry 4.0 Pavel Leonidov tells. |
We implement robotic complexes for a rastarka of loose raw materials, laying of briquettes of rubber on containers, hinge plates of big bags on machines of packing, placement of labels, quality control of rolls of a film.
