2020: Transition to Directum RX

FGAU "Fund of New Forms of Development of Education" together with Galaktika of IT company transferred the key directions of document flow to a digital form. The Directum RX system managed to be started in mass use prior to epidemiological restrictions. On July 16, 2020 the Directum company reported about it. The staff of Fund could pass into the mode of remote interaction, using the web client of a system and mobile application of Directum Jazz.

FGAU "Fund of New Forms of Development of Education" (FGAU "FNFRO") is project office of the national Education project and the operator of federal network of children's technoparks Kvantorium. For July, 2020 110 platforms in 76 regions of the Russian Federation function. Specialists of Fund develop techniques of training and implement the project on increase in access to education in Russia.

In January, 2020 FGAU "FNFRO" together with companies "Galaktika of IT" – expert center of Galaktika corporation on EDMS and the general partner of Directum – started the project on digitalization of processes of office-work.

In a management system for digital processes and the documents Directum RX connected all employees, including the leadership of Fund to work. Now in electronic form are conducted:

• preparation and approval of outgoing correspondence;
• registration, consideration and pronouncement of resolutions on incoming letters;
• approval and acquaintance of employees with internal administrative documents;
• issue and control of execution of instructions.

During approval all set time limit is observed – a system controls an order of consideration of documents, terms and the list of responsible. More than 60 employees of Fund were trained to work in a system in an online format.

The command of Galaktika of IT considered wishes of users, so a system began to meet most fully the requirements of Fund in respect of the organization of business processes. In July, 2020 the solution is put into commercial operation.

In FGAU "FNFRO" systems are customized on active development – specialists of Fund already independently set regulations, use technical solutions, master functions. Management of contract activities is transferred to July, 2020 in a digital form.
