2020: Start of the solution for joint work in Russia

The Creately company specializing in area of online charts and visualization of joint work, submitted on July 31, 2020 the Russian version of the platform. Now tools will be available to the companies and commands working in the field of IT, product management, marketing, sales and educational projects to joint work and video conference that will allow them to hold breynshtorma, working meetings and to conduct development and project management.

According to the company, video conferences and sharing of the screen became a part of corporate life long ago. However, as a rule, these tools exclude any kinds of joint activity as the opinion is broadcast only by one person. The standard concept of video conference and sharing of the screen does not assume the brainstorming allowing everyone to make the contribution to what is on the general presentation board or in the general document.

The updated Creately functions allow to conduct brain storms, combining work on a board with video conference and allowing all participants to be involved. At the same time all changes are instantly synchronized in real time at all participants. For July, 2020 more than 1000 templates of flowcharts, charts of communications, organigrams, templates of IT projects, Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and other planning tools and operating activities are available.

The company made the decision to include Russia in the list of the growing markets in which the localized versions of the platform will be started. Among other markets for July, 2020 – Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Mexico and China.

Service works on the Freemium model in which for July, 2020 the following options of a subscription are provided:

• the free version for 5 projects and 3 people
• subscription for personal use with an unlimited number of projects, a possibility of import and export ($4.95 a month)
• the subscription for commands including a possibility of use of video conferences and command resources ($18 a month)
• the corporate plan including additional functions on work security (technology of a uniform input, SSO)

The Russian corporate clients will receive a dedicated line of support in Russian.

Desktop version of the solution it is compatible to Windows platforms, iOS and Linux, mobile – to iOS and Android.
