2020: Atlassian purchased Mindville
At the end of July, 2020 Atlassian announced Mindville acquisition, but the cost and other terms of transaction did not begin to open.
Flagship product of Mindville is the Mindville Insights system which helps IT, HR-, sales-and legal departments to trace different assets in the company. Atlassian intends to use developments of a startup for control of technology infrastructure of the enterprises.
In addition to monitoring of physical resources, Mindville Insights it is possible to use for automatic transfer of cloud servers, for example, from infrastructure Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Besides, service helps to implement integration with services of other companies, such as Service Now and Snow Software.

By the end of August, 2020 Mindville has more than 1700 clients among whom — NASA, Spotify and Samsung.
As notes the edition TechCrunch, Mindville, as well as many other companies purchased by Atlassian before, is an old partner of Atlassian and offers the product on the Atlassian Marketplace portal.
Atlassian said that the company will continue to expand possibilities of the products Mindville on asset management and configurations and also will be engaged in their close integration with the Jira Service Desk platform.[1]
