Main objectives of the project:

  • Implement methodology of budgeting of repairs on the basis of risks assessment and its effective use;
  • Build and implement the target integrated business process of management of reliability of production assets with integration with adjacent processes during all lifecycle of assets;
  • Implement modern control techniques of a MRO of the equipment based on Meridium APM IT system: RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, statistical analysis of reliability;
  • Exercise change management (culture, thinking, a necessary organization structure);
  • Implement a target functional and technical solution architecture – from the equipment to the management reporting for heads;
  • Implement IT systems of management of reliability of the equipment and its integration with a management system of a MRO (SAP TOPO).

The project is going to be implemented in two stages. The first stage – start of a pilot project in TESTs-4, term of implementation September of 2014. The second stage – replication of project solutions on all divisions of JSC VSW, term of implementation October of 2015. From project implementation achievement of the following results is expected:

  • Control techniques by reliability on the selected park of the equipment are implemented;
  • Techniques bring economic effect due to their application on especially critical equipment;
  • A number of target values of levels of a maturity on areas is reached, premises for achievement of results in the first and second year of operation of the solution are created;
  • Uniform process of management of repairs of fixed assets during all lifecycle of assets and the prepared team of the trained specialists of JSC VSW for maintenance of the Meridium APM system in working order is built and implemented;
  • The main sources of economic effect are reached:
    • Reduction of unplanned idle times;
    • Optimization of duration, frequency and volumes of scheduled repairs;
    • Cutting of costs for upgrade and replacement of the equipment;
    • Decrease in production losses.
