The UralChem united chemical company started improvement of processes of management of production assets from carrying out audit. Works on evaluating a current status of these processes were entrusted the company of Meynteks having considerable experience of transformation the practician of enterprise management on the way to operational perfection in management of fixed assets. The object at the first stage of this way is set unambiguously - to give understanding of the existing situation in the field of management of a MRO at the enterprise that on the one hand is the analysis and documentation of a situation "as is", on the other hand – the basis necessary for objective formation of a target business process model of management of a MRO and reliability of the equipment. Within the project 3 largest production facilities of a complete cycle – Nitrogen in the city of Berezniki, KCCW in the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk and "Mineral fertilizers" in the city of Perm underwent assessment. In the project progress consultants of Meynteks carried out the following tasks:

• Comprehensive examination of a management system for fixed assets and reliability is conducted;
• The current level of a maturity of processes of management of production assets of the enterprise in comparison with the best world practices is determined;
• The status of asset management processes is described target and the list of actions for its achievement is developed.
