RNPK, Russian national reinsurance company (GE Meridium APM)

On June 30, 2018 trial operation of the module of management of checks and calibrations of a management system for reliability based on software of Meridium APM v3.x was completed by the Main specifics of the project synchronization of strategy and diagrams of checking of the metrological equipment and their coordination with control functions was reliability. Further it will allow to lower a share of checkings and calibrations in stopping repairs. Project implementation covered three areas requiring special attention:

• Lack of communication of the register of measuring instruments, metering equipment, instrumentations and automatic equipment with the Register of technical objects of SAP ERP/Meridium APM;
• Lack of information, available to reliability analyses, on status of measuring instruments, metering equipment, instrumentations and automatic equipment and also schedule performance of checkings, calibrations and MRO;
• Planning of carrying out checkings and calibrations of measuring instruments, metering equipment, instrumentations and automatic equipment without the level of their criticality.

During implementation specialists of Meynteks carried out the description of all necessary business processes, executed necessary additional configuring of a management system for reliability based on software of Meridium APM v3.x and developed the integration solution between SAP and an automated system of processing of metrological information, having synchronized both systems.

The Meynteks company also provided user training of Refinery and carried out trial operation of the developed functionality. As a result of project implementation it was succeeded to connect three business blocks in a uniform cycle of management: control block maintenance and repairs, control block reliability and control block metrological support.
