Metalloinvest of UK (Consulting projects)

The Meynteks company in December, 2018 successfully completed carrying out a complex of the training and practical actions for specialists of Oskol Electric Steel Works, Ural Steel, Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works and Mikhailovsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works of Metalloinvest holding. More than 100 employees of 4 enterprises of Metalloinvest became listeners of theoretical seminars and participants of the practical lessons focused on creation of new culture and approach to management of maintenance of the equipment using the principles of management of reliability and risks.

Within three months consultants of the company of Meynteks executed accurately planned sequence of educational and practical actions on each of the plants of Metalloinvest. The priority was given to the fundamental management theory by reliability. Together with it within this program it was important to increase digestion of new material and fast survival of new processes. Therefore the training program included practical lessons at the heart of which there was a real equipment of the enterprises. So, for example, within practical works on carrying out the analysis of criticality of systems and the equipment, RCM and FMECA/FMEA analyses were considered on the most critical systems:

• System of preparation of emulsion explosives;
• System of crushing and enrichment of ore;
• Crushing grading unit;
• System of roasting of pellets;
• Feed system of a hot air (gas) in the system of drying;
• Mechanism of rotation of the platform of rotary EKG-10;
• Traction NP-1 unit;
• Machine of continuous casting of procurements;
• Medium-grade line of a camp 350;
• Metallization installation;
• Section of a continuous billet camp;
• Department of electric furnaces;
• And also cages, domain installation, car dumper, razlivochny machine, hammer crusher, power substation, turbocompressor, bridge crane of combined heat and power plant.

The RCA analysis of a mill, the excavator, traction unit, engine of a cage, the smoke exhauster, reducer, roller conveyers was executed.
